I joined the Hamlin Pubs in 2006. I started in the kitchen and became the general manager in May of 2007, I love the Pub!!! I miss the kitchen but I still have my hands in the kitchen, just not a day to day operation. My favorite part of my job is creating a vibe in Pub, with the customers, staff, and music. |
