It was the first time in over a decade that we've cancelled Concerts. The process involves consulting with the City Police. Concerts are rain or shine--however high winds, hail and the threat of tornadoes WILL cancel the event. Cross your fingers that's the only foul weather we'll get for the next 10 years!
