Kotz Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing has been proudly serving the Clarkston and surrounding Communities for over 90 years now, starting with the Plumbing side of our business in 1929! (formerly Brinker’s Plumbing).  Yes, we work on Furnaces, AC’s, Water Heaters and so on, BUT our true passion is Helping Develop Better Lives.  Being a strong part of our community and giving back is a large part of that, as well as providing our clients with the highest quality solutions paired with excellent customer service – leading to their increased comfort, health, and safety!  The great community and hometown feel that Clarkston offers makes it one of our very favorite places to be.  One of the things we look forward to every year, is our involvement in The Taste of Clarkston, in which we have been raising money for Breast Cancer the past few years.  Stop down at our recently relocated Plumbing Showroom at 3460 Floradale St. in Waterford or give us a call at 248-674-4999, we look forward to speaking with you!
