Drew's Home Golf Outing - St. Daniel Council of the Knights of Columbus

St. Daniel Council of the Knights of Columbus is a non-profit service organization committed to the betterment of St. Daniel Church and the Clarkston Community.  The principles of this organization are Charity, Unity, Fraternity and Patriotism.  Charitable efforts begin with activities to feed the poor, assist those in need and organizing projects designed to provide funds to organizations who can best serve those most deserving in the Clarkston Community.  Activities for charitable service are obtained though the Unity of over 100 members of the St. Daniel Council and Fraternity of such membership.  Results are best achieved when the Council can band together and support those in our community.  St. Daniel Council realizes that with its actions alone, it cannot satisfy the needs of all in the Clarkston Community. However, if its actions are directed to others who can increase the Council’s efforts, it becomes a win/win for all involved as well as a great benefit for the people of Clarkston.

Annually, St. Daniel Council of the Knights of Columbus supports activities to benefit Special Olympics of Michigan, SCAMP of Clarkston, ARC of Oakland County, Club Create of Clarkston and Lighthouse of Oakland County.  In addition, the Council supports a major fund raiser to benefit Drew’s Home of Clarkston, a home for special needs adults providing a safe, accessible and comfortable community residence.  This fund raiser, Drew’s Home Golf Outing which will be held on August 15, is a 4 Person Scramble, 1:30 Shotgun Start with dinner included after golf at a cost of $100 per player.  Registration for sponsors and golfers can be made at www.drewshomeclarkston.org
